We picked the best day for our walk this weekend as we went on Saturday - and the weather was good. No wind and no rain.
If you click on the picture - you will see that one member of our group had so much energy she was way ahead of us (The small black dot in the center of the picture!)
Fortunately this week - we managed to have our coffee break, in this wonderful spot, with no rain!
To-day it rained (that wet rain again). So I had a useful day in the Greenhouse, sowing seeds, (Veg and flowers), pricking out and potting on.

Definately the best day for a walk. Wish I had a greenhouse to potter in when it rains. So boring being indoors and very frustrating that you can’t continue with the projects you have started in the garden!
Must have been a great walk!

What a great place to walk, looks like your friend must be well used the rugged terrain, either that or she had 3 Weetabix for breakfast!!
MY OH has decided to have a break from photography and take up the gardening challenge again, so it was a busy W/E, doing all the prep in a long neglected garden. Still I do love those home grown toms.
I was so far behind that I wasn’t there!!
What beautiful scenery you encountered on your walk. Where exactly is this? I wish I could hike in such surroundings. The one hiker certainly had a good lead on the r est of you!!
Like Kate I am curious to know where this is exactly ! .. it is breathtaking to be totally away from buildings and people (except those who are also walking ? LOL) … stunning scenery !
Joy : )
Thank you for visiting my blog and for sharing your walk! I love to ramble, there is so much to enjoy. I like the idea of planting carrot seeds to germinate under radishes! We have hardly planted anything on our allotment yet, it is very wet still but I may well give your idea a try
