The Hellebores are bravely pushing up – despite the continuous rain and the blustery winds
I always thing they should be grown up high somewhere – so that you can stand under them and appreciate the beauty of the flowers

High winds and wet rain – the garden looks very bedraggled. But the “Daphne bholua Jacqueline Postill” is flowering, and it is worth walking down to the studio in the rain – just to catch the scent of the flowers.
